[br][br]Jack Moore passed away February 21, 2016 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA.
Jack was born at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane on July 14, 1926. His family lived in Peach, WA which was a little town now under the waters of the Grand Coulee Dam. They moved to Spokane when Jack was a boy and the family lived in the rock house at 11901 E. Broadway for over fifty years until their death.
Jack went to Central Valley High School and in his senior year went into the army and served in the Philippines and Japan. When Jack got out of the service he went to Eastern College for a year, and then later went to work for his brother and brother-in-law as a warehouse man at Moore and Pierre. He worked for Harold Pierre for over 35 years.
Jack had many questions about life and why we get old and die, so he started studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. He dedicated his life to serving God on August 14, 1963.
He is survived by his beloved wife Betty and six children: Gregory Shane Moore, Vincent Corey Moore, Penny Colleen Dunmire, Robert Bendocchi, Debra Lynch, Jeanie Santa Maria, his two sisters: Jean Pierre of Spokane and Diane Miller of Fairbanks, AK and twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Jack was a wonderful husband and loved his children and family. He loved to travel and he and Betty went to many international conventions of Jehovah's Witnesses in Europe and the U.S. He loved the ministry and the last thirty-eight years he and his wife were well-known in Liberty Lake and the Valley volunteering their time and efforts in the full time ministry.
His memorial service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 18415 E. Desmet Ave., Greenacres, WA 99016.
