[br][br]A Brave & Courageous fighter lost her 4 year battle to ovarian cancer. She passed away March 13th, 2014 at Spokane Hospice. January 21st, 1960 she was born to Francis Boardman & Donna Mink, & raised in the Spokane area. April 13th, 1979 Sandy married Terry Kelley in Elk, Wa. There Terry built their home and they raised their 2 children; Robert & Erick. Sandy was a longtime resident & active member of the Elk community. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, canning & reading. She is survived by Terry, Robert & wife Christy, Erick & wife Ashley, grandkids;Kaleb, Brayden, Logan, Avery, Kylee, Autumn & several more family & friends. Sandy was a loving compassionate person who will be missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2PM Saturday, March 29th, 2014 at Country Church of the Open Bible in Elk,WA. Then a gathering will be held at the Elk VFW.
