Born & Raised in Spokane, WA & Graduate of East Valley High School in 1974. Graduated from SCC with a degree in Computer Science. Paul was a lover of the outdoors, fishing & adventure. Starting Liberty Lake Internet as a service provider back when the Internet was new, he understood that the Internet would change the world when so few had heard of it.
