[br][br]Virginia "Ginger" Lee Phelan (Krieger),Deer Park, passed away in her home surrounded by family members. She was born in Louisville KY, the eldest of 8 children but lived in Washington most of her life. She worked in the maternity ward at Deaconess until she retired. Ginger was a kind, generous woman who loved her family. She is survived by her sons Ken, John, and Jim Utter; daughters Cindy Utter, and Jody Howlett; siblings Joan Krieger, Donna Fleetwood, Mary Anne Bressler, Joe Krieger, Jenny King, Treasa Nosker, and Rosie Green; 14 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and her grandson Michael.
